Once again, we share our 2023 Activity Report. This year has been crucial for consolidating and expanding our initiatives in the field of humanitarian action.

We would like to highlight some important achievements from this year:

Growth and Adaptation

• We achieved a revenue growth of 8.88% compared to the previous year.
• We consolidated our internal structure, improving efficiency with fewer partner workers and more external collaborators.

Continuous Training

• We conducted 53 training activities, including the notable HEAT training sessions and the development of the "HEAT Refresher."
• We launched our own virtual training platform, facilitating access to specialized courses for humanitarian workers.

Specialized Consultancies

• We completed 9 technical consultancies for humanitarian organizations, covering areas from security management to nutritional response in emergencies.

Innovation and Development

• We developed a tutor-led online course on Security Management, ready to be launched in 2024.
• We continued working on new marketing strategies for our training products.
