On June 28th, La Cooperativa Humanitaria developed an activity for employees of Arvato, based on Humanitarian Emergency Response along with Mr. Rony Braumann in IESE Business School, in Barcelona.
This team building activity was part of several activities organized by IESE for international managers aiming to create an experience focused on transformation and collaboration. One of the activities offered to Arvato’s employees was framed on the work on NGO’s in the field with the objective to enhance leadership in accordance with humanitarian values and principles.
The feedback received from the participants was extremely satisfactory with words such as “impressive”, “new perspective”, “Importance of innovation to quicker respond” or “HR team of experts”.
La Cooperativa Humanitaria is developing new products to offer to companies and private entities framed on the development of abilities and competences that contribute to the transformation of working teams into high-performance teams working different components such as innovation, engagement, leadership or teamwork.
